“Gorgeous place and location. Very high spec bathrooms and kitchen. Loads of space. We went for a wedding so didn't spend lots of time in the property but we were able to cook our dinner every day we were there without being on top of each other. Fabulous stay”

“Nice enough place to stay, location is great and a good base for exploring the Scottish Borders.However, the property is missing quite a few of the kitchen basics; there wasn't enough crockery for our family of 5.Great hob and oven and all appliances work well, however, whole place shakes when washing machine is on, so timing is key!Electric shower was really not great, but the corner bath is lovely.Most importantly; there aren't 1.5 bathrooms... there is one. One toilet, one bath, one shower......

“Great location and very modern. I like a traditional feel more than the modern but it had everything one needed. However, there was less than 1 role of toilet paper between both bathrooms combined and no soap or shampoo, napkins, paper towels, dish brushes or clothes wash so come prepared. Also, the garbage outside was filled to overflowing before we arrived and we were unable to clean up our kitchen. Apparently, per the neighbor, this is an ongoing problem. The beds were a little uncomfortable....
