“Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. “Overall, I had a good stay at the Element Reno. The location was convenient, breakfast was solid, and the bar was a nice bonus. I also appreciated having access to the guest washer and dryer, which is especially helpful when traveling. The only downsides were finding hair from a previous guest in the shower and discovering that the pool was unavailable, apparently due to renovations. “The breakfast was great. There was some confusion regarding the room deposit and with parking. We were double charged for parking which had to be corrected. The room deposit was deducted 3 different times from our credit card which is suppose to be refunded next week.”

“This was an amazing stay. Friendly people, very clean facility, good food, and the softest beds! If I’m ever back this way, definitely worth staying here again!”

“Tbh this felt like a Quality Inn or something- right next to a ball park that set off fireworks at 9pm. The pool and hot tub are sort of outside so it was super dirty. They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Pay for parking, pay for breakfast, pay for water in your room.”

“Central location and easy to get to. Staff was friendly even with late arrival. Room was clean but needed to be updated. There was mold in the grout, wallpaper peeling and the door lock didn't work well. Great water pressure in the shower. Appreciated that it had no resort fees and offered free breakfast.”

“We stayed there three years ago and it was beautiful room large. The facility looked great not this time. We had a very small room didn’t have enough room to unpack our luggage. It was more rundown. The staff only two people on a Friday night trying to check in people it was a very long wait they weren’t helpful at all. The Bellman was. Erik was amazing and was very attentive. We only stayed one night and left because if the room just wasn’t even big enough to get comfortable.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. It is in a great location in Reno. Just down the road from the river walk and also several casinos. Clean room and staff were very friendly! We ate breakfast in the restaurant attached and it was a great meal. The only real con to this stay was the elevators. They are extremely slow and one of the three were out of service. Stairs are not an option as the door states that the emergency siren will go off if you open the door.”

“Basic clean rooms with comfortable bed(s). One elevator was down, and of course my room was on that side of the building. So I made an almost complete circle back towards the one that works. And then walk to my room. I had several bags so it was a minor inconvenience. Evening staff was professional but not inviting. No friendly smile with a cordial greeting.
