Hotel a New Baden

“After a long travel day it was nice being greeted by Jay. Jay was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room had been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower. The only thing the room was missing was a chair (other than desk) to sit in. There is room in the corner by the floor lamp. Something at the bottom on the drapes would help to keep all the air from the unit from blowing up under the drapes instead of into the room. ...

“Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet and a staff member came up right away to address the problem. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“We stayed here at the end of March and the hotel was under complete rehabbing. Bet October not much progress has been made. Room furniture has not been replaced. Heavily worn.”

“Expedia showed a free breakfast and I was asked about the free breakfast on this questionaire. The breakfast attendant at the Hilton said it was only free to certain upgraded members and i was not on her list. I had to pay for the breakfast. That said, it was a good breakfast. The eggs were real eggs not powdered. They were hot. I had sausage snd a biscuit with cream gravy. Fresh fruit juices, cereal, etc. Were available. ”
