Charming 1350 Sq foot elevated house nestled between two large pecan trees. This house has been completely renovated, literally from the ground up, as it has been lifted 14-feet off the ground. Modern kitchen with composite counter-tops, all brand new appliances including Refrigerator, Flat top Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher and Stove Hood with fan. Lots of kitchen storage with pull out pantry shelves. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the house has central heating and AC. Master Bedroom has King sized bed, large closet, it's own bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The 2nd Bedroom has Queen sized bed and large modern closet.
