“From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.”

“This was a great location for visiting our daughter who attends Northeastern University. We could walk to campus or nearby restaurants. There is a subway stop just 5 minutes away. This also made it very easy to get there from the airport. ”

“This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable. “Absolutely lovely time at Mary Anne's place! She was so kind and did lots of little things to ensure my daughter and I had what we needed during a snowstorm. Place was beautiful, bed comfortable, and just a perfect location to visit Crotched Mountain for the weekend. Thanks, Mary Anne! Will be back!”
