“From the moment we entered the home, the beautiful, panoramic view of Malletts Bay was amazing. The house was very updated and clean. The furniture was thoughtfully arranged for groups large or small. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The kitchen was great with all new appliances, an abundance of counter space, and all essential cookware. House is convenient to recreational center, Bayside park, and convenience store. We had an incredible Christmas week on the bay! ”

“A well cared for, clean space that’s perfect for all that the Lincoln/N. Woodstock are has to offer. Easy access to food, shopping, winter and summer activities, and the Kancamagus Highway. A place to call home away from home. Parking was simple. If we’d stayed longer we would have taken advantage of the additional offsite amenities but enjoyed just hunkering in between our busy activities. Host was a real person with recommendations when we asked for them. Thanks for our stay!”

“Great communication with the host. Easy check in/check out with clear instructions. Very clean, roomy, and welcoming space. Lots of things to do, including a fire pit, bumper pool table, a mic and speaker, closet full of games, full kitchen, and lots of seating options. They also made our stay extra special with personalizations! We would definitely stay here again. ”
