Hotel a New Goshen

“The breakfast was very good and the pool and hot tub were great. ”

“Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty.”

“The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay...

“Very disappointed with this hotel, especially with such a high rating which steered me to book this place. The evening staff was very rude. The morning staff was very nice. The breakfest was horrible. The bed was comfortable but they had worn-out and stained towels, which to me is disgusting. I am definitely crossing off this hotel during my future travels. ”

“Every one is entitled to their own opinion and here goes my: For what we are paying it's more than enough. It's right next to the main highway. My room did have hot water yet I didn't take a shower. Yes room had bugs(Lady Bugs), yes the hotel has an horrible smell of cigarettes. Ac worked great. I was able to get a yogurt in the morning during my check out. Staff is great and they're doing what they can with that they have. It isn't their fault owners don't want to invest in the property.”

“The whole building smelled very strongly musty. I am sure we did too, after staying there. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the fold out sofa bed. Breakfast was not great. ”

“Room had bed bugs and they didnt refund my money so i had to file an insurance claim me and my family took a loss on alot of clothes and shoes due to me throwing away the things that could have contaminated our home i have video footage of the bed bug on the bed ”
