This apartment is located in a brand new building, finished in 2024 .
With two bedrooms and a large living room, it comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. We are just a 2-minute walk from Wooster Square Park and centrally located toYale University and the shops at Yale, making it easy to explore the campus and the surrounding area.
Weather you stay for us for a weekend, a week or month we are dedicated to provide you and your family or friends with a 5 star stay.

Lovely place to stay- clean, amazing and kind host. Ideal location near Yale but quiet and safe. Onsite parking was great. Will def try to stay here again!

New but Basically OK

Although the apartment is new, it is cheaply constructed pseudo modern style. The owner put in Bare Bones effort to make the place inviting. It's located on the other side of the highway from Yale. It is just OK.
