“We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked out stay! It appears very motel-like on the outside so I was a little nervous. However, the staff was great, the pool with little bar and string lights was super cute and the grounds were beautiful. They offered a nice hot breakfast in the morning and although we went out in New Hope, it looked great! I took 1 star away because our bathroom definitely had a few hairs on the floor which was really off putting, as well as part of the bathroom...

“This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others.”
