“Return guests; we stayed in here in 2021 as our first post-covid summer getaway and returned a few years later! We stay at a ton of vrbos (and similar) and rarely return to the same one twice, so our return is a testament to this great carriage house.Dawn is a meticulous, kind host with great attention to detail. As Bostonians we consider New London a real gem and we prefer it to many MA beach towns for price, accessibility, and laid-backness!”

House is well-furnished, and is stocked with everything you could need for a stay with a larger group, including ample bedrooms, bathrooms, linens, towels, utensils, cups, etc. The house is exactly as it appears on the listing, and is even more impressive in person. It’s so refreshing to find a property where many spaces can accommodate 12 people comfortably, and given the rain during our stay, was great to have a house with plenty to occupy ourselves inside....
