Round up the entire family including the children and grandchildren and head to the beach for a fun filled holiday experience. This 1980's home has been in the same family for over 40 years and is a classic kiwi style bach in original condition. Embrace the wonderful family memories that have been made here and make some of your own. Sit back, relax and soak up the amazing sea views.

Spread over two spacious floors the main living, dining area and fully equipped kitchen are north facing with a blue water vista and romantic sunsets . A bright, sunny relaxed space with doors flowing to the deck where you can soak up the sea air while you watch the surfers and windsurfers. On this level, you are greeted with two bedrooms, the master with a comfortable king bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower room and toilet room.

Head downstairs where expansive space welcome you, there is the bonus of a second lounge area, kitchen bench and additional fridge, dining area and an additional two beds, a comfortable double bed and a single bed. There is also a further bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks with a single trundler bed. A second bathroom with shower and toilet. Extra features include a washing machine, unlimited Wifi and off street parking.

Enjoy amazing coffee and brunch at the renown Federal Store, enjoy a takeout from The Reef Sushi or The Little Fed for some home baking, some of the best cuisine in town and only a short stroll away. Don't forget to pack the jandals, sunscreen, chilly bin, sun umbrella, water toys and bikes for a real kiwiana experience, you will love it! Book today so your family does not miss out.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't always supplied.

We love the 70s vibe of this house. Its proximity to the beach was perfect for a morning swim, close to town and Brooklands. Great for a larger group

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Everything was supplied enabling us to have an easy, fun - accessible to the beach and playground holiday. Our family loved it. The place had great spaces for everyone to sleep soundly and time out.

Wonderful house with character! More than enough room for the extended family, my parents loved the separate self contained area downstairs as a reprieve from their two grandchildren. House is warm, clean and quiet with plenty of seating & the kitchen is well equipped. Only a 2min walk to the beach. We'd happily stay here again, thank you.

It is true to the era and we enjoyed finding lots of little nic nacs that reminded us of our childhoods. Great to have the space to all stay and be able to sit at night together comfortably. Great cooking facilities too

House is in an ideal location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Great for teenagers although the Wifi didn’t quite reach the downstairs bedrooms. The house is indeed a celebration of the 70’s so the decor and fittings are aged but outweighed by the location and view. Property management team very helpful and responsive. We’ll stay here again.
