“Ground floor unit as described, spacious with complete kitchen, king bed in master bedroom very comfortable. Conveniently located close to the gym and pool. We enjoyed the facilities. Walking distance to baha mar and 10 minute walk to quality grocery. Communication with property manager great! ”

Communication was great with the host. *Side note* If you want to use the amenities it does cost per day with a 3 day minimum per person. No big deal for us, but just good info to know about. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. ”

“This is such a cute place—very much reminiscent of true Bahamas. They have a great restaurant called Violas that has well-priced and delicious food items. The staff are all very friendly. Only one thing I would change—I landed and by the time I got my rental car and luggage, the front office was closed and I hadn’t received any check in codes or anything, so I got stressed. “Perfect solution if you want to enjoy the island but also feeling home. The apartment is really nice, clean and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. All the forniture is new and you really have everything you need during your staying( plates, dishes, washing machine and dishwasher provided with pods). “The place was not clean, didn’t have enough items like towels, cups for the size of the 3 bedroom condo. The place was run down and seemed like the owner wasn’t managing the property well. The host responded to messages but didn’t do much to fix our concerns quickly. He was not in the country but I would think he would have someone there to manage the property. The location was excellent and the Sandy Port resort was great with many options to eat/drink in the area. ”
