“The facility was acceptable for the price but the staff was rude and very unprofessional. This included the middle-eastern man at the check-in and the young lady wearing glasses that was in charge of the breakfast area. What ever happened to customer service?”

“Staff was courteous. Room had maintenance issues such as the door rubbed on the carpet making it very hard to close.”

“I drive a straight truck and needed to book a room on an overnight trip so I booked this property and was rudely awakened by the manager Harry pounding on my door early early morning demanding that I move my truck immediately. This guy was yelling at me like I ran his dog over or something. When I got to the parking lot it was empty barely 6 cars in the 100 parking spaces and I was using 3 spaces which meant there were still 90+ open spots. What makes it worse is I have stayed at this property...

“Loved the stay. So clean, smelled so good inside and all newly renovated”

“The woman who checked us in was very kind. We travelled with three children all day and tried to make it to the hotel in time to swim. When we got there we only had a half hour but she kept it open a little longer just so the kids could swim. She was a life saver!”

“I had to wipe everything down the whole room was dirty. Maintenance does an awful job. We had to view rooms before we decided on what we wanted because person checking Us in wasn't sure. The hotel itself wasn't at all up to any codes of America's Best Hotels and in need of updates.”
