“Wonderful stay”

“Guess you get what you pay for. Ice machine was broke & didn't work. Staff kept hanging up when I called to tell them I was checking in later in evening. Then wouldn't answer desk when I called from room & knocked on my door at night instead. Property was messy & trash cans were overfilled. Room stunk so bad for a non smoking room that it gave me a headache. When I did try to sleep, I could hear the upstairs walking, tapping on floor all night. “front desk - at check in - was abrubt to customer in front of me - not helpful to them--and even muttered "you can stay somewhere else" - minstead of trying to solve their issue, she was defensive and didnt bother to try to call someone who maybe could help them - their issue coulld have been solved - i wont stay here again because of that”

“It was good value for money. The property was updated. I had expected a few more choices for breakfast. The only challenges was that the water drainage in the shower was very slow and the room smelled a little moldy. We did inform the front about both the issues.”
