Hotel vicino a Shot Tower Historic State Park -

“The hotel was conveniently located close to the highway, and it was surprisingly quiet given that location due to the many semi trucks on that stretch of the road. We did stay on a Sunday night so that may have had something to do with the lack of noise. The breakfast was very adequate. The room was very clean. The only issue was that our shower leaked due to the door track not being securely bolted down which caused the water to run under the door. We did mention this to the front desk...

“Breakfast was boring eggs were more water than eggs. Employees harrassed me about my height, room AC never cooled down and wasnt even that hot outside but wanted a cool room. Have had a better stay in a more ghetto neighborhood than this. Dont know why it's called comfort in.”

“It was cheep and clean. What more do you need for a quick sleep. We had two rooms. One was good and the other smelled and had mouse poop in the bathroom. You get what you pay for. Water was hot and bed was cozy. ”

“This is a solid stay. April was a good time because the price was lower and was one of the factors in staying at this property. The room was nice, and we like having a refrigerator. As usual, husband was really happy with the waffle maker. If that wasn't there, my husband would be very unhappy! It's nice to have a choice of eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins, as well as a variety of beverages. Unfortunately, the upstairs ice machine wasn't working. “The ac/heat units need updating, they are loud with blinking lights, it also referenced using a wall thermostat to control however there was no wall thermostat. The breakfast is even more lacking since Hilton took over. The breakfast was never great there but previous to Hilton there was at least multiple flavours of yogurt cups, varied individual packaged cereals and milk cartons, juice.”

The breakfast wasnot up to standards of the past. Only apples for fruit choice, no real cream for coffee and only a few slices of white bread and plain bagels. I'm sorry to say we won't stay there again.”

“Was here because I had a week long training in Marion. This hotel had the best reviews and I wanted to be sure I was comfortable. Best Holiday Inn!!! If I ever have to go back for trainings in the future this is where I will always stay!!!”

“The property has been updated for the most part. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The towels were thin though. The breakfast room is spacious and the variety was okay: bagels and muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee and juice. The gym is small and has only two machines plus weights.”

“We got there at 730 pm. The room wasn't ready. Bed not made, they had to borrow a microwave from a different room, there was no sop or shower curtain. They had to bring an extension cord to run the borrowed microwave . What a disgusting place this actually was. ”
