“We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“The Eddy Taproom and Hotel was an oasis in the pretty mountain town of Golden. Clean, comfortable, modern room, well equipped with all you needed. The walking trail just outside the hotel was a fun way to explore the beautiful surroundings and a great way to walk into downtown Golden. Joey at the front desk was the best, helping us with all the questions we had and making sure our stay was wonderful!”

“We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us.
