WRONG PROPERTY shown! The hosts/Vrbo are lying to us.The images and location shared in listing are NOT what you are renting...we didn't find out until the day of 3pm 'check-in call/text' with a different address. I was told that the address listed was for the Mgt Office, which is not what was communicated in the online/email confirmations. I checked.We purposely choose a second story listing for safety with the kids - this is on the first with bars on the window. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. – – – – –- Very rough upon arrival.The front entry/hall/unit door all dirty and beat up. Neighbors in hall were rough. Not to mention the lock box for the key is strapped to a city pipe 3 doors down on the sidewalk (weird!).- Inside is NOT CLEAN - Cobwebs in many corners, leftover tape on walls from previous renters party decor, dirty ceiling fans, etc... Floors were fine.- An actual HOLE IN THE FLOOR in the front bedroom covered with floor planks that depressed way down when stepping on them (unavoidable since the room is so small). So UNSAFE!- No blankets on beds, we were freezing. Couple of sheets and thin throws on the kids beds.- Decor was minimal but ok- Bathroom was renovated but was so small your knees almost hit the wall in front of the toilet and the shower faucet might fall off at any moment...not like the photos either.– New alternate location was near Times Square, not Herald Square.This is not what I paid for or expected.
