We can see here that you booked a standard 2 Bedroom Apartment, which are not advertised to have a view. We gave you an upgrade to one of our Large 2 Bedroom Apartments with Balconies that has a lovely city outlook and more space than you originally booked. We apologise profusely for the elevator breaking down, as you can imagine this was a logistical nightmare for us. As per the instructions that were on the elevators, you could have caught the other lift to level 4 and only walked up one flight of stairs.
