Hotel a Newcastle

“My son and I stayed here for one night while touring colleges. The hotel itself is very clean and tastefully decorated. There is lemonade and coffee available in the lobby, which was delicious. We did have a couple of issues with our room, which the front desk immediately took care of. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was excellent. We would stay here again!”

“This facility is a indigent stay place. My room was a no smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I was forced to buy Febreeze and sprayed the room three times to get the smell out. The mattress has been used so much that it can't be called a mattress anymore. The bed cover under the mattress was filthy with stains all over it. “Rooms need deep cleaning. The tub and shower you could tell maybe been a quick rinse but there was layered dirt in the corners and just an overall layer of soap scum. Toilet there was what appeared to be feces smeared by the handle ( luckily I carry travel Clorox wipes with me for just in case). The room itself was okay, dusty. The top blankets you can tell have not been washed in awhile. The pool was freezing- so much so one of my boys said it would have been warmer to swim in an outside pool....
