“There was a dead rat stuck in the sinkhole and the housekeeper and maintenance guy lied about it being a rock. The maintenance guy removed it from the sink wrapped it in a towel and immediately left the room. The hotel manager was shocked and did her best to accommodate us but I checked out. There was no way I could stay after seeing that and knowing they lied about it.”

“The staff was exceptional, especially the breakfast servers! One lady in particular was engaging each morning and brightened our day! We will definitely stay here again!”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“We truly loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the building is brand new, modern, and beautifully maintained. Its downtown Washington, D.C. location is perfect—surrounded by great restaurants, beautiful scenery, and just steps from the White House and the Smithsonian museums. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Even the hotel smelled amazing, which made it feel even more fresh and inviting. We had such a pleasant experience and can't wait to come...
