“We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. “I have had the experience of staying in numerous hotels previously, but unfortunately, the Stamford Suite fell short of expectations, particularly given its location in a city with a high cost of living. My disappointment was palpable. In contrast to the superior accommodations I encountered in some Third World countries, the Stamford Suite left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel failed to greet me, and when I expressed gratitude for the key, I wasn't acknowledged....

“Property was clean but a little dated. Extremely small older model tv with no movie channels. We were there on a Sunday and the bar was barely open. The location was good for the district venue for the show we were seeing. Pool looked clean.”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location and was a decent value. The staff was generally pleasant and responsive. Hotels are surprisingly expensive in the Norwalk / Stamford area so shopping for a deal is critical. At this price point through Expedia breakfast was NOT included, so a hotel that includes breakfast may be a better value.
