“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

“Very clean room. Looks like new renovation, good heat and good location. Just too busy with the attached restaurant, very hard to find parking spot, if they have an event. ”
