“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

“Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue.”

“This was just an average room in an expensive area. For the price you pay, you'd expect free car parking and breakfast, but no. They cater to people going to the Sonoma Racetrack, as RV's and trucks get free parking. The room was almost motel 6 quality. No slow close toilet lid, cracks in 5 of the tiles above the bathtub sealed with silicone and food particles between the wall and the nightstand. The "sofa sleeper"? That's a joke.”

“Way better than expected. Rooms were a great size, it was quiet and the amenities were great. Booked room 9/10 for two adults and two kids, each had our own bathroom. It was great. ”

“This is a SCAM! You need to be very careful before booking this hotel. 1) I came in and the they told me that I had to upgrade my current reservation to have a private bathroom. In the booking I booked originally, they did not specify anywhere that the room doesn’t come with a private bath.
