“Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.”

“I love staying here when in Newcastle. The location on the waterfront but close to city restaurants is perfect. The rooms ( suites) are the best layout I have encountered, with a kitchen bench and sink, comfortable sofa and desk opening up to a well appointed bedroom with plenty of room for bags and a large en-suite with lots of bench space to hold all your bits and pieces so they don’t get lost or left behind.”

“Nice little Pub with very decent, newly renovated rooms. The pizza served downstairs is insanely good too. Great experience.”

“Lovely stay, big large apartment in a quiet location. Apartment was clean except balcony which I washed down to avoid dirt going inside. Aircon duct in the second bedroom would be helpful. I would stay again. ”
