“The room was classy, had everything we needed including a fridge, tv, kettle, spacious bathroom & shower, private balcony. Staff were very attentive and professional, food is available in the pub downstairs with daily specials available, tasted amazing. Location wise it is just up the road from Newcastle beach & the Newcastle light rail is a short walk away, definitely recommended if you are seeing a getaway up Newie!”

“The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy.”

“Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility.”
