“I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. “Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. “The shower handle came off when i turned it to adjust water and start my shower. The staining in the tub was so so bad, 1 star rating. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom only the shower/conditioner/body/wash containers mounted to the shower wall. Poor form for $170 a night. Disappointed for sure. ”
