“I was actually unable to sleep in my room . It smelled like urine and hair was on everything . Stains was on the bed sheets and pillows . I live close by so my family of 4 just enjoyed the pool and the beach view for as long as we could . I definitely wouldn't recommend.”

“Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

“My husband and I were impressed with the our short stay; the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Sadly, the TV is not a smart TV but luckily, it was quick trip for us. A firestick might come in handy.l for future reference. We highly appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and didnt have any issues.”
