“The hotel is very well located in Downtown Norfolk, making it convenient for restaurants, attractions, and exploring the area. The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights...

“Hotel is good overall - location -roads are weird for new visitors. The kascades restaurant no good- we waited more than an hour for our breakfast of bread and eggs and coffee. Only one staff working as server and cashier. Ketchup given us is an empty bottle- so we are given again ketchup in packets. Almost all bread they do not have the supply.
