“This condo was exactly as described. It is located on the third floor and is a corner unit. There was plenty of seating in the living room for our family, which included 6 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you need to cook meals, and the Keurig coffee/tea maker was a definite plus. Plenty of seating on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels).
