“Room smelt like dogs. Shower had alot of hair in it. Bathroom door dragged on the floor. Light bulb out on bed rest.”

Our room was not clean (urine stains around the toilet, no towels, rumpled bed linens), and my son was berated by housekeeping for being in the room after we requested and were granted a brief late check-out. “Pick Another Hotel! Definitely should’ve gone with my gut when I stepped out of the car to check in! While checking in, I overheard another couple checking out because they felt the hotel had been misadvertised. That should’ve been my second sign. The lobby is extremely outdated, and unfortunately, so are the hallways. Surprisingly, the room itself was decent, but the housekeeping and guest service left a lot to be desired. “I was charged for parking when there was no car ! Then she took it off then someone was smoking weed and VERY LOUD in the room next door and i had to knock on the wall to tell them to stop making so much noise.”
