“Lovely old house with very friendly and engaging owner. Not sure it is quite a boutique hotel, and some of the descriptions eg beach bars, seemed a bit of a stretch. We pretty much had the place to ourselves and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and nibbles on arrival as well as breakfast delivered to our suite every morning. Comfortable and quiet, and a nice walk to restaurants of Port Dover. ”

“I stayed in Fairview Inn while working in the area. It's a very convenient spot close to Simcoe. Stuff is really nice. Rooms are big, clean and got everything you'd need .
I already booked with them again for my next work season there.
