“Unfortunately the hotel is really starting to show its age. We had a two queen room. One of the beds would sink 5” in the middle when weight was applied to it. There was a fair amount of mold in the bathroom especially around the shower and ceiling. The electronic key reader on the door failed to read the key if it wasn’t used every couple hours. “After the first night we were completely ignored as far as getting our room made up even after putting the please make up room sign on the door each day. I don’t care about a made bed, and we can reuse the towels. But having to go down to the lobby for cups and to get coffee. We also on the second morning had to bring down our own garbage bags and get clean liners so they wouldn’t overflow. When they say basic amenities, they really mean it.
