“Stayed in the Wellington Sofitel and found the staff there much friendlier. However, the staff at the Auckland hotel were adequate! Just not as friendly.”

“Another great stay at the Cordis. Never disappoints. Kids love the place and they’re very accommodating. The Club Lounge is fantastic, there was a bit of a smell up there for a couple of days but they managed to sort it out. A few minor things but nothing worth mentioning. ”

“We stayed here as part of a larger group. Simon is fantastic with communication and accommodating to our needs. We were able to organise a buffet dinner for our large group which was delicious. The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This was our second time staying as a large group.”
