I have only put one star due to the fact that you cannot put no stars.
As a former motelier of 16 years, I would not recommend anybody booking at this particular motel.
I had booked and paid for a 3 night stay for our 38th wedding anniversary, on arrival I was asked for Credit Card for security deposit, I informed that the room was paid for and I would not be paying any more money,
They put through a manual payment for $102 without permission.
When we got to the room,
1 One window couldn't open due to latch being broken.
2 One window couldn't close due to latch not being there.
3 Room was old, dated and dirty
4 Enough crockery for 4 people, only enough cutlery for 2 people.
5 4 Element stove in the room, 1x 6" saucepan in the whole kitchen.
6 Water pressure, NON EXISTENT {had to run around in shower to get wet}
7 Office never opened in 3 days.
8 On checkout had to call answering service to get someone to the office to process my refund, where I was offered a $100 refund, I refused and told them you took $102 from my account you put back $102, they tried to explain that the $2 was a bank charge and they only received $100 to which I replied the bank only charges for pay-wave, you put the charge through manually without permission, they tried twice to refund $100 and I refused twice, fortunately at that moment the police pulled a car over in the driveway, I stated oh good here is the police and got my $102 refunded within 30secs, the fastest anything happened at this place
