“Well it would be good to have a better greeting from staff instead of a "Give me your credit card" greeting. I thought that was sooo rude. Other than that beds were maintained daily, didnt get the chance for a swim but thats unpredictable with the weather. Needs elevator especially for pregnant women. But all around yeah it was a good stay thank yous”

“Lovely stay, kindly accommodated our earlier arrival (we were allowing extra time for possible road closures), very clean and compact, we had everything we needed. A couple of steps to watch (trip hazards), shower water turned hot when toilet flushed, and no full length mirror.”

“We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

“Room and washroom were very clean and very appealing. Did not see anybody from the staff though, as the desk was already closed at arrival (closed by 5pm) and not yet opened at departure (open at 9am only). However, the key was left in a key vault and staff on the phone helped to find and access it. Altogether, it's a really nice motel. Parking is free.
