“Property needs some serious maintenance. Toilet seat was broken in bathroom. Housekeeping should’ve picked up on that. Lightbulbs missing in lamps. Housekeeping should’ve picked up on that. Good photos on Hotels.com, but did not deliver in the end. Left a night early and went north to Ocean City. Much nicer.”

“Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m .”

“Was a really nice family suite had a pull out sofa bed and two double beds in a room of their own stove top refrigerator and freezer microwave and the cabinets were stocked with plates, bowls, cups and silverware also had a toaster and pots and pans provided as well had a dining room table to eat meals at of course was beach front and within a half hour walk to the boardwalk staff was very friendly even had grills to cook out on by the pool, would definitely stay again hands down!”

“You absolutely cannot beat the location! This is the ideal spot for families. Breakfast was good & surprising with ypgurt bar, frittatas & breakfast burritos. So much better than the usual.”

“We are native Delawarens, have been coming to Rehoboth since we were kids. Love being at the boardwalk and watching the sun rise in the morning.”

“Rooms and property are very clean. The pool area is excellent. Perfect location right off the beach and walking distance to Congress Hall and all other area shops and restaurants. The beach tags were great to have and use also! Very convenient to have chairs and umbrellas setup on the beach for use. Will definitely stay again!”

“The room was VERY small. The queen sized bed took up 90% of the room. There was no night stand or end table. No carpeting, which was probably not the worst idea, as the shower water creeped out into the main room. Only two bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths. No cups or ice bucket for ice. The parking was terrible.”
