“This family owned hotel and cabins is AMAZING !!! The location is perfect for anything Manitou. The little cabin was cute and exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this place if you plan on going to Manitou Springs.”

Called the desk & got the manager that checked us in, I told her the room she assigned us doesn't have a sofa bed, she says that I didn't book a room w/ a sofa. “The property was really cute. The room was super clean and neat. The staff is extremely friendly. Free continental breast every day. The pool felt amazing even in cooler temperatures. The property has bicycles available to Guests at no extra cost. There are different events daily. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

“Tava Motel in Manitou Springs provides good basic service, at a good value. The rooms are decent size and clean. Breakfast room was well stocked. The location is a bit farther from the downtown strip than expected. My only complaint are the towels in the bathroom: too small, too thin, and not very absorbent. I suspect house cleaning is using too much fabric softener in the laundry But there are enough towels to make up for that shortcoming. I would stay there again.”
