“Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza ! La prima stanza assegnataci aveva il bagno sporco . Ho anche foto. La seconda la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva ed una puzza impregnata di fumo. Non hanno neanche voluto darci una compensazione. La colazione molto deludente . Cornetti e muffin vecchi e freddi da congelatore. Non torneremo mai più ”

“The Manitou Pikes Peak Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent. The hotel was clean. The staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The breakfast area was always kept clean and tidy, and the food was delicious. I had a lost item and it was located by the staff kept at the front desk. I highly recommend this place to stay in Manitou Springs.”

“Great, simple accommodations with a community vibe. The room was simple and clean, just what we needed for an overnight stay after exploring the Colorado Springs/Manitou area. Although our schedules didn't align, we loved seeing the list of organized activities offered at the lodge, such as group bike rides, yoga classes, and live music! Would come back here the next time we're in the area!”

“They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!”

“We needed somewhere to stay for the night last minute and this was the only hotel that had availability in the area. It is very outdated, needs some work. Our rooms front door latch was broken, so we could only use the door handle lock. The bathrooms lock was broken. The shower/tub was not pleasant looking. Toilet had a hard time flushing. Other than that the check in clerk was nice. The fridge/microwave was nice to have.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”
