“There’s literally no soap in the shower soap dispenser so clearly housekeeping hadn’t checked it in several nights because they would’ve replaced it if they would’ve checked. It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep”

“Breakfast was a little burnt and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to acknowledge anyone in the room when we got food. The room we were in was amazing and very clean. The housekeepers were amazing especially when it came to asking for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and amenities. The front desk people however were rude and kept making snide comments about the guests having dogs and how we were wasting their time because our dog would have probably ruined the room.. “The staff was awesome and super helpful. The facility itself was a little meh. The temperature in my room fluctuated between too cold and too hot, my room was not cleaned until Monday (I checked in on Saturday), the one day I had breakfast it was cold and the coffee was nasty, and the whole place felt generally a little dingy. Like I say, though, the desk staff was great but I likely would not go back.”

“Great, simple accommodations with a community vibe. The room was simple and clean, just what we needed for an overnight stay after exploring the Colorado Springs/Manitou area. Although our schedules didn't align, we loved seeing the list of organized activities offered at the lodge, such as group bike rides, yoga classes, and live music! Would come back here the next time we're in the area!”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!”
