“Overall it was pretty good. What they can improve is their internet connection throughout the resort. Stuff was very friendly and welcoming everywhere. It was clean. We did not do the spa so I can’t say anything about that.”

“Had a wonderful stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay! The rooms were super clean, and the entire property was spotless, welcoming, and very well kept. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made the experience even better with their friendly and helpful attitude. It was also very affordable while still being comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montego Bay!”

“Don’t go to the spa. They don’t know what they’re doing. I went for a massage and she cracked my back like a chiropractor. I told my chiropractor and he said she could’ve damaged my back because she’s not trained to do that. The spa is overpriced and you feel like you’re on a time clock to rush out of there.”

“The room was actually cleaner the day after we arrived than it was on the day we checked in, which was disappointing and not the standard we expected.
The television in our room also did not work the entire stay. We reported the issue to the service desk several times each day, but an IT technician didn’t come until the night before we checked out. When you book a room, you expect the amenities to work.
We were told they tried to call us, but we shouldn’t have to stay in the room all day...
