Cottage a North Colorado Springs

“Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much.”

“Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a...

“Nice host. Unit is nicely decorated and clean. Parking situation isn’t the greatest because you have to walk around a short concrete wall then walk all the way under the stairs, then all the way up the stairs. Unit is situated off of an alley so not sure you can DoorDash anything there. Pool was nice. ”

“Perfect for a little getaway outside in the countryside of Elbert county. Not too far from Colorado Springs or Castle Rock metros. Great for couples with plenty of scenic looks in the daytime but can be cozy and private at night. All the amenities of modern living. Great for a small to medium size family as well. Will be coming back for sure with more family members for a longer stay. ”
