“Location is great! Hotel is cleaned regularly, however it is a there are furniture items that need to be replaced. For example, the couch in our room had dried coffee stains all over it, torn wallpaper in our room, vent in bathroom was full of lint. The bed was well-used, with deep body indentations. Furniture in the lobby was torn and a lot of the faux wood furniture had deep scratches in it. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had what we needed, yet I feel for a Marriott and to uphold the...

“This place exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with checking in, not the hotels fault it was Expedias fault. The hotel staff helped me resolve the issue. I had 2 rooms both were much bigger than I expected and very clean. There was a lady at the front desk, I can’t recall her name! (I have her card somewhere in my luggage) she was fabulous, she checked me in the night we arrived! Kudos to her and all her help. Breakfast was decent only negative is I wish they had more then 2 small waste...

“The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and because of Kelley and how she took care of us, we will do it again--and definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelley!! :-)”

“The accomodation Is a nice and clean hostel therefore you must be aware that no sheets are in the beds, fortunately we has our sacs, so we did not asked for them them I do not know if tgey can be rented. Check It. Instad covers are provided for free. Another issue we found Is that It Is indicated simply as RAD so not look for the label "Colorado Adventure". ”
