“The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. We asked about breakfast the first day at check in. We were told a whole bunch of times and asked again about just the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was in the 9th floor from 6-1030 on the weekends and 6-930 on the week days. We were also told if we missed it we could let the restaurant staff know and they would take care of it for us. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.”
