“The hallways were dirty, chunks of doors and baseboards were missing, carpets in the room we stayed in were dirty, there was a slight odor upon entering the hotel, it was very muggy on the first floor and the smell of chlorine reeked throughout, the breakfast was terrible, we accidentally left three items in the room and called back to see if they were found.
