“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“The gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful. I arrived to the hotel and the check in process was easy. Once arriving I attempted to use my key to access the room and it did not work. I was approached in the parking lot by a man with a backpack trying to sell touchscreen laptops, which was uncomfortable and felt unsafe.
