Hotel di lusso a North Fort Lauderdale

“In se tutto perfetto però l’unico problema è stato che la porta per entrare in camera era difettosa e dovevi aprirla con la forza, il cassetto centrale dove c’è la TV rimane sempre aperto non si chiude, meglio dire lo puoi chiudere e 10 secondi dopo te lo ritrovi tutto aperto. “Hotel stay was one of an experience, the rooms were clean and staffs were good. But the problem was lift , there were 4 lifts in the property and when i checked in only 2 lifts were working and there were nearly 30 people were waiting for lift and even the staff were using the same lift for service., The next day it was even worse there was only one lyft and it was hard to use it i had to walk down 17 floors due to the crowd and the worst part was staffs were using the same lift for service ....

“Overly crowded. Be aware that you are sharing this "resort" with hundreds of locals using it as their day pass/community pool. Good luck finding a place to sit. Food is OK. Service is BAD. Gratuity is included on all bills so service is very light touch and slow. Not a resort experience, more like a economy cruise ship.”
