“The location was so nice; it was walkable to coffee shops, great restaurants, and was close enough to UVA to be very accessible to everything! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious!”

“Just as advertised - actually the room is a bit nicer in person - it looks a bit sparse in photos. Very central location. We weren't there to watch TV, but first the TV was lagging, and then we were logged out of the YouTube TV. Emails were answered promptly but it was somewhat inconvenient. Also, the loud room fan runs continuously, separate from the AC/heat. I value quiet and it was somewhat irritating. These two things aren't enough to take a star off overall though. ”

“The room was spacious, clean comfy. I would only request more variety for the coffee bar ( artificial sweetener, more creamer). Love the heated bathroom floor. The location is good very short walk to the downtown mall! ”

“This was such a nice place to stay! I haven’t slept so well in a hotel prob ever! Very comfortable and clean. I loathe a barn door on a bathroom but I get the aesthetic they were going for. There were a lot of unhoused people right in front of the building all day and night but they aren’t going to bother anyone. Had a wonderful stay!”

“We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer! The place was super clean and the views were beautiful once the rain finally stopped! Close to our favorite brewery and cidery. There were issues with TV reception (buffering) which may just be the area. Not much time for TV watching anyway with all the beautiful things to explore. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We loved our stay, the house was perfect, clean as listed with the perfect amount of space. Location was excellent, being steps away from a mountain overlook and minutes from The Market. The hosts were super helpful and responsive! ”
