“Room was 5 stars, nice big apartment, but the traffic noise was too loud, partner and I had to go to bed with earplugs to try and sleep,”

“Lift stoped working and there was no coffee, tea or milk provided in rooms for use. First room I was sent to wasn’t even clean and we had booked two nights but only got one towel provided and the shower screen door was broken so when you showered water went all over the floor which made it a safety issue There is a restaurant open during certain hours but is high in price so may want to try and get food elsewhere”
