“Hotel molto curato e pulito, con servizio dinpukizia giornaliero non scontato a Londra. Camera piccolina ma essenziale per le mie esigenze, aria condizionata e tutto il necessario. L'unica pecca (che purtroppo non ho avuto modo di sapere quando ho prenotato) è che non c'è l'ascensore e non viene fornito un servizio di trasporto bagagli ai piani superiori. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, anche se quando ho chiesto se ci aiutassero a portare giù i bagagli il giorno del check out hanno...

The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. “L’hotel è nuovissimo e molto molto pulito e soprattutto appena entri c’è un odore buonissimo!!! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta… ci siamo trovati molto bene perché è super centrale e ben collegato… camere spaziose con finestre (non apribili) ma le camere sono bene areeggiate e non ci sono cattivi odori… che dire avrei dato 10 ma purtroppo l’unica cosa che mi ha fatto cambiare parere è stata la poca sensibilità avuta nei nostri confronti a fronte di una grave...
