“Heel fijn hotel in een mooie buurt! Het hotel was schoon en het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer die ik had (the roost) was een moderne, ruime kamer met uitzicht op een soort parkje. Het hotel heeft geen restaurant maar er zijn genoeg leuke restaurants in de buurt. Ik reisde alleen en voelde me erg veilig in de omgeving. Het hotel ligt dichtbij metrostation Earl’s court. Vanuit Earl’s court ben je zo overal. De wijk waarin het hotel ligt, Kensington, is prachtig. Ik zou het...

“I stayed at this hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent, very close to Big Ben and the underground, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The room was fairly spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only aspect I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom, which has a glass wall facing the room and therefore offers limited...

“La stanza molto bella e sopratutto molto ampia, per quanto riguarda il personale ci siamo trovati benissimo con Mattia un ragazzo che lavora da voi, è italiano come noi ed è stato gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!!!”

“L’hotel è nuovissimo e molto molto pulito e soprattutto appena entri c’è un odore buonissimo!!! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta… ci siamo trovati molto bene perché è super centrale e ben collegato… camere spaziose con finestre (non apribili) ma le camere sono bene areeggiate e non ci sono cattivi odori… che dire avrei dato 10 ma purtroppo l’unica cosa che mi ha fatto cambiare parere è stata la poca sensibilità avuta nei nostri confronti a fronte di una grave...
