Hotel vicino a North Mountain Park - Phoenix

“The staff was nice and helpful. The original room I stayed in had mold or rust in the tub. Bella(helpful and sweet) without hesitation switched my room. It was “better”. The cleaning crew need to do more of a deep clean of each room. I won’t stay there but I will come back to visit the restaurant with the breath taking view. They close at 9pm btw, I mad a reservation for 8:45 on open table. I was under the impression that it closed later than 11pm because I had the option to book that...

“The water park was nice. The rooms were nice but the maid did not clean our room one of the days. The comstruction was loud in the morning. We were never told there was construction. It was a nice stay though. My daughter and wife had a good time.”

“I ended here unexpectedly but it is a lovely property. Main concern was a full SUV stuffed with valuables. They had cameras and security. Breakfast is very European. Staff was awesome. Room was... idk... maybe I got the bad room because of the discount. But the walls are a bit thin. The refrigerator while cool with the glass door literally sounds like a person breathing. I heard breathing all night. Tried to unplug it but could not. Would still go back :)”

“This is a very nice property and has been undergoing upgrades. Our suite was exactly what we needed. However, either someone had smoked in our room prior to our arrival and we detected cigarette smoke lingering. They had scent masls on the hallway of our floor. Yet,cit did effect our stay. I did report it to management, but they didn't address it while we were there. Not sure we will stay again unless assured the rooms are repainted and scrubbed.”

“The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful.
