Hotel vicino a North Mountain Park - Phoenix

“Awful staff. Dirty rooms. Thin walls with a drunk crowd”

“Anna at the front desk was less than helpful. The room was booked in my name and since I am disabled my husband asked if he could just bring my ID in and she said no. The parking lot was being resurfaced so she had us go around the the back which resulted in a longer walk then if we would have gone to the room from check in.”

“My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area.”

“Very good price ”

“The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!”

“ The rooms are nice, a bit dated, but equipped with everything they need. The bed is comfortable, while the TV is old and small. total lack of empathy,”

Rooms were clean, but noticeably dated and dark. Eggs were cold every morning even though a hot plate was used. TV remote was not working well. Side entrance used on our return stay was near the unkept service entrance. The one bright spot was the young lady working in the dining room in the mornings. She was working...

“Eccezionale ”

“Friendly staff. Room was clean. Will stay longer next time. Was just a day trip.”
